User Agreement
These terms govern your use of GridFlow: Logic Puzzle, published by Mini Games Design. Effective date: July 31, 2026.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using GridFlow, you agree to this user agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
2. The service
GridFlow is currently distributed through Google Play closed testing for invited testers. The current testing build is 0.1.3 with versionCode 4.
GridFlow is an Android logic puzzle game. The current Android closed testing build includes handcrafted mainline levels, Daily challenges, D7 journey progress, signal badges, local performance records, energy pacing, optional push notifications, optional rewarded ads, limited interstitial ads, and update prompts. Features, levels, visuals, ads, remote configuration, notification campaigns, and availability may change over time.
3. Accounts and progress
The current game does not require an account and does not provide cloud save. Progress, Daily state, energy, badge state, settings, and performance records may be stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the game, clear app data, change devices, or use platform tools that remove local storage, local progress may be lost.
4. Ads and rewards
The game may show optional rewarded ads and limited interstitial ads. Rewarded ads can unlock in-game help or benefits such as a hint, energy refill, or Daily repair. Rewards, energy, badges, Daily streaks, and performance scores are entertainment features only. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, cannot be redeemed outside the game, and may not be available if an ad fails to load, fails to complete, or does not report a reward.
Interstitial ad frequency, eligibility, cooldowns, and energy-related values may be adjusted remotely. The first tutorial levels are intended to stay ad-free, but later ad availability can vary by country, device, consent status, network, provider policy, or operational limits.
5. Notifications
Push notifications are optional. If you grant notification permission, GridFlow may send reminders or updates related to Daily challenges, D7 journey progress, energy refill, badge claims, app updates, or general game news. Delivery is not guaranteed. You can disable notifications through Android settings.
6. Updates and remote operation
GridFlow may use remote configuration to tune gameplay pacing, update prompts, ad frequency, energy settings, and safety defaults. Some app versions may show recommended or required update prompts. We may suspend, limit, modify, or discontinue features when needed for security, platform compliance, operations, or product reasons.
When a required update is configured, old app versions may be blocked until you update through Google Play.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the game or related services except where applicable law allows.
- Do not use automation, modified clients, or unauthorized tools to manipulate ads, analytics, rewards, or distribution.
- Do not exploit bugs, device clock manipulation, notification systems, or network calls to gain rewards, energy, badges, or progress unfairly.
- Do not copy, resell, or redistribute the game or its assets without permission.
8. Intellectual property
GridFlow, its gameplay implementation, visual assets, audio, text, branding, and related materials are owned by Mini Games Design or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for entertainment.
9. Third-party services
The game may rely on platform services, advertising services, consent tools, analytics, Firebase services, push notification services, Cloudflare hosting, or app store services. Your use of those services may also be subject to third-party terms, privacy policies, consent controls, and platform rules.
10. No warranties
The game is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Mini Games Design will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the game.
12. Termination
We may suspend or stop providing the game or related services if needed for security, legal, operational, or product reasons. You may stop using the game at any time.
